Dough Maker

We are seeking a skilled Dough Maker to join our team at Gattis Pizza. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing dough for our pizzas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and mix ingredients to prepare dough
• Check equipment for health and safety regulations and perform maintenance as needed
• Combine ingredients in bowls for mixing
• Set time and speed controls for mixing machines
• Place dough in pans or on sheets and store in the walk-in refrigerator
• Prepare or maintain inventory or production records
• Adapt ingredient quantities to match production needs
• Cut, knead, roll, and shape dough to form pizza blanks
• Clean dough equipment and dough room

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capable of following recipes and performing repetitive tasks
• Experience preferred but not required

Physical Demands:

• Lift 50 pounds
• Bending
• Repetitive hand and arm movements
• Some strength required for kneading dough
