Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology Clinic team at SSM Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans to address these needs and promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timing.
  • Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes, in accordance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Experience: No experience required
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
