  3. Cyber Defense Strategy: Contribute to the planning and execution oversight of our Cyber Defense strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Operational Assuredness: Ensure the smooth operation of our cyber defenses, identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats.
  5. Service Improvement: Coordinate efforts to improve our cyber security services, tracking and prioritizing remediation of challenges and blockers.
  6. Global Approach: Standardize global approaches to Cyber Defense, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Cyber Defense in company-wide or business-specific projects that impact our cyber security posture, effectively communicating with executive audiences.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in large and complex organizations, with 3-5 years of experience working in threat management, Cyber Security Engineering/Infrastructure, Intel, or SOC capability.
  2. Skills: Lateral thinking, curiosity, positive mindset, and a systematic approach to solving problems and improving services.
  3. Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  4. Certifications: Desirable certification of at least one of the following: OSCP, GCIA, GPEN, GWAPT, GCIH, GSEC, CCNP, CISSP.
