We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Staff team at Ascension Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Licensure: BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Certification: Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition Compact State required.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire required.
