As a Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing loan applications from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and other financial products.
  • Reviewing member accounts and consumer reports to effectively promote and cross-sell our offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive outlook, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and strong customer service skills. A background in financial services, particularly in roles such as teller or lending, is highly desirable. Comfort in a sales-driven environment and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets are essential.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of experience in lending, teller operations, or call center roles within a financial institution. Proficiency in computer skills and a solid sales background are mandatory, and candidates must be eligible to obtain the necessary licenses for selling insurance products.
