Job Description

The Carpark Traffic Marshall is a critical role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of car park facilities. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage car park traffic flow during peak periods, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles.
  • Perform traffic marshalling duties daily, maintaining a professional and efficient demeanor at all times.
  • Facilitate the smooth flow of doctors and emergency vehicles into the main entrance, ensuring timely access for patients and staff.
  • Ensure non-doctor and non-emergency vehicles move up the side road and make a U-turn to drop off passengers at the taxi stand or enter the main entrance subsequently.
  • Monitor and enforce parking regulations, preventing illegal parking and ensuring compliance with LTA regulations.
  • Attend to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, implementing corrective or preventive actions as necessary.
  • Conduct car park incident reports as required, maintaining accurate records and providing detailed reports to management.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in car park management and security operations.
  • Valid PLRD license.
  • Able to stand for long hours under rain or shine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
