  6. Answer phone inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
  7. Handle payments for commercial accounts and assist with credit applications.
  8. Complete and organize paperwork for customer pickups.
  9. Count and prepare cash drawers for the next business day.
  10. Utilize verification systems in accordance with company policies.
  11. Maintain organized documentation and reports related to daily transactions.
  12. Guide customers to products and collaborate with team members for assistance.
  13. Safeguard company assets by adhering to cash handling procedures.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and customer service focus at all times.
  15. Follow all register protocols and ensure cleanliness in the store.

Safety and Loss Prevention:

Possess knowledge of security measures and remain vigilant against potential theft or fraud. Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in safety meetings regularly.

Additional Duties:

Perform other related tasks as assigned by management. This position is hourly and non-exempt from overtime. While there may be opportunities for advancement, this role does not guarantee career progression.
