About Our Work:
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is leading the charge in creating state-of-the-art solutions for Electronic Warfare (EW) initiatives. - Collaborating with various engineering disciplines and program staff to design and support Electronic Warfare systems.
- Integrating algorithms into C++ applications for both ongoing and new development projects.
- Conducting technical evaluations, optimizing algorithms, and performing experiments to validate product functionality and performance.
- Ensuring compliance with program-specific software standards.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and tools.

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional experience in software development using C and C++.
- Proven experience with Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
- Proficiency in debugging, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Experience in Linux development.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A Secret Security Clearance is required; obtaining this clearance necessitates U.S. citizenship.
- Previous experience in Electronic Warfare.
- Strong understanding of signal processing, algorithms, and RF technique development.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with modern DevOps tools and practices.
- Knowledge of Static Code Analysis tools.
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a U.S. citizen to be considered.
Work Environment:
This role will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. We support various work schedules that offer flexibility to our employees, including condensed work weeks.
