Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Great River Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.
• Effectively interact with patients, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.
• Provide high-quality care to geriatric, medical/surgical, adult, telemetry, and psychiatric patient populations.
• Float to other departments as needed to meet patient care demands.
Requirements:
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or currently in last semester of school.
• Maintain valid licensure/certification/registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa or currently in last semester of school.
