Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LVNJob Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to provide high-quality care to a medically fragile teenager in Porter, TX. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with our client, providing continuous care and support to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, clients, and family members
Requirements:
  • Active, unencumbered LVN license in the state of Texas
  • CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
