Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Gentiva Hospice. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with ambulation and transfer
  • Prepare and serve light meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as emptying trash and changing linens
  • Document patient care and progress
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance
  • CPR certification
