About the Role

At Barrel & Bushel, we're seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team as a Bar Service Professional. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Knowledge: Ensure full compliance with Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control laws and regulations, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of craft beers and spirits.
  • Cocktail Preparation: Prepare specialty cocktails according to recipes and beverage standards, and participate in the creation of new cocktails and special events.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and attractive bar area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
