Job Description

Ventura Solutions LLC has an immediate opening for a Document Specialist at their manufacturing facility in Neptune, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing, revising, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) essential to the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create, revise, and maintain SOPs for various processes within the client's organization.
  2. Evaluate and improve technical documentation to ensure clarity and comprehension.
  3. Regularly assess and update existing SOPs to reflect current practices and adhere to regulatory changes.
  4. Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure documentation meets industry standards.
  5. Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus benefits including choice of medical, dental, and vision plans, paid vacation time, and 401(k) plan.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in document writing, preferably in the medical device industry or a related field.
  • Proven experience in writing and revising SOPs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other documentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with terminologies and compliance regulations.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, such as FDA or ISO standards
