Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demolition Superintendent to lead our commercial demolition projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interior and total demolition, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations on site for road, bridge, and underground utility projects.
  • Manage and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Act as the main point of contact between project managers, engineers, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in interior and total demo.
  • Experience managing jobs and crews on commercial demolition.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth understanding of construction methods, blueprints, and safety regulations.
  • Relevant safety and construction certifications preferred.
