The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) plays a pivotal role in managing the flow of clients and their pets within the veterinary facility. This position is essential for enhancing the productivity of the veterinary team while ensuring effective communication with both clients and staff. The CSC is responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment that encourages clients to return and recommend our services to others.
Key Responsibilities

3. Streamline the process for clients and pets to ensure exceptional care and maximize the efficiency of the veterinary team.

Client Education
Assist clients in understanding our wellness plans, preventive care, and the various services available at the hospital. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly for incoming clients, including entering pet information into our systems.
Client Interaction
For outgoing clients, provide clear instructions, necessary information, and invoices. Dispense prescription items as directed by the veterinarian, sell retail products, and schedule follow-up appointments.
Financial Management
Maintain accurate financial records, adhering to proper procedures for opening and closing the facility. Conduct any administrative tasks as required.
