About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Project Manager to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of subordinate managers and supervisors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in structural engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large infrastructure projects, including mega-construction projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
