Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Zionsville, Indiana is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Associate.

As a Spa Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our spa. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Meeting membership sales goals and providing detailed knowledge of our services
• Providing excellent customer service to members and guests, building relationships that last
• Working flexible hours and effectively communicating sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Upholding spa cleanliness standards and maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents
