About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team as a Mobility Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with mobility issues, helping them to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mobility needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address mobility issues
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on mobility techniques and strategies
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
  • Experience working in home health settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion and empathy for patients and their families

What We Offer
