Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and skilled Care Professionals to join our team as Home Caregivers. As a Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, promoting trust and confidence in our care services.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A competitive hourly rate of $11.00-$12.00, paid weekly and via direct deposit.
- A $200 new hire bonus, paid after completing 45 days of service.
- A $700 caregiver referral program, rewarding you for referring qualified candidates.
- Opportunities to earn an additional $2/hour, based on performance and client satisfaction.

- Experience in caregiving or a related field, with a valid driver's license.
- A minimum of one professional reference, demonstrating your skills and character.
- Ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s), providing consistent care and building strong relationships.
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities, with bilingual or multilingual individuals encouraged to apply.
- Completion of any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
- Use of the Honor Care Pro Mobile App and a device supporting the latest iOS or Android version.
- Full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
- Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts available.
