The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. You will analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
