Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for administering all aspects of the payroll and timekeeping functions, ensuring multi-state compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer processing of organization's payroll and collect payroll data to maintain accurate and timely payroll records
  • Handle processing of employee status changes, analyze payroll and employee expenses, and maintain, update and audit HRIS as needed
  • Create on-going month-end, quarterly, and year-end organization reports and audit payroll information for accuracy
  • Reconcile payroll deposits, tax withholdings, wage garnishments, and voluntary deductions
  • Participate in problem solving and special projects related to payroll and the HRIS

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, required
  • Minimum 3 years prior experience in payroll processing
  • Proficiency in using ADP's payroll software
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year
