About the Job:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Practitioner, evaluating outcomes and consulting with other health team members as needed.
  • Assist medical staff with routine examinations and patient treatments, including pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely communication with practitioners and office staff.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Respond promptly to patient needs, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Maintain infection control standards, ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Medical Assistant or completion of a Medical Assisting program.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in a physician's office or hospital environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion for patients and families.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

What We Offer:
