Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Bartender to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar Area: Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Stock and Manage Supplies: Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to bar set-up area.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • License or Certification: None
