About the Role:

As a Mammography Technologist at Solis Mammography, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality breast imaging services to our patients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate technologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and screening mammograms as ordered by radiologists
  • Prepare patients for exams, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists to complete intricate mammography examinations, including breast biopsies
  • Provide patient education on exam procedures and results
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to radiation safety measures

Requirements:
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology
  • One-year full-time experience as a Mammography Technologist with documentation of clinical experience and 3D required
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
  • Continuing Education: MQSA/FDA- 15 CEU's every 3 years, 200-documented case numbers every 2 years
