Optometrist Opportunity

As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice within Walmart stores, providing eye and vision care services to patients. This opportunity allows you to take a leading role in patient care, while also having control over your schedule, fees, and equipment needs.

• Provide eye and vision care services to patients
• Establish your own schedule and hours of operation
• Control your patient schedule and set your own fee schedule
• Have access to equipment and instrumentation for a fair market value
• Option to opt into administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
• Valid state ophthalmology license
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate

By leasing space within Walmart stores, you will have the opportunity to:
