Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Crew Member at Lewis and Mosier, LLC. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring that every guest who chooses our restaurant leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Excellent Guest Service: Consistently deliver personalized and exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Demonstrate proper personal hygiene and food safety practices consistently, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.
  3. Support Team Members: Assist team members with their responsibilities, providing support and guidance as needed.
  4. Follow Company Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, including attendance, respectful conduct, and food safety practices.
  5. Provide Product Knowledge: Assist guests with product knowledge and promotional information upon request, accurately and efficiently.
  6. Ensure Quality and Safety: Demonstrate proper food safety practices, accurately completing the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist, and follow company safety standards at all times.
  7. Handle Guest Comments: Handle guest comments promptly and courteously, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Perform Primary and Secondary Responsibilities: Perform primary position responsibilities timely and accurately, and secondary responsibilities after primary duties are accomplished.
  9. Assist with Odd Jobs: Assist with odd job responsibilities timely, upon manager on duty (M.O.D.) request.
  10. Answer Phones: Answer the telephone courteously and professionally, within three rings.
  11. Prepare Quality Products: Prepare quality products while maintaining portion control and presentation within service goal times.
  12. Attend Team Member Meetings: Attend all team member meetings, staying informed and engaged with the team.
Qualifications
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reading and Writing Skills: Basic reading and writing skills required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
  • Maintain a Sense of Urgency: Ability to maintain a sense of urgency, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Trained Food Safety Knowledge: Demonstrated trained food safety knowledge, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Physical Abilities
  • Stand Constantly: Ability to stand constantly, with occasional sitting and walking.
  • Walk Constantly: Ability to walk constantly, with occasional standing and sitting.
  • Handling Constantly: Ability to handle objects constantly, with occasional lifting and carrying.
