The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation of new sunrooms and related structures. Previous experience in sunroom installation or similar projects is essential.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all sunrooms and decks are constructed to be plumb, square, and in compliance with local building regulations and engineering standards.

• Review project documentation and instructions thoroughly before departing for assignments to clarify the scope of work.

• Oversee the installation process and guide assistants to guarantee a high-quality and timely completion of projects.

• Maintain professional interactions with clients, demonstrating effective communication skills.

• Ensure that the vehicle used is stocked with all necessary materials, tools, and resources for the assigned tasks.

• Coordinate the acquisition of materials required for project completion.

• Occasionally assist with unloading delivery vehicles.

• Collaborate with the Installation Manager to meet company standards and departmental objectives.

• Complete daily progress reports using electronic devices.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and skilled trades, particularly in carpentry, roofing, and window installation.

• High School diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree or vocational training in construction or a related field is preferred.

• A clean driving record is necessary.

• Basic math skills, including the ability to use a tape measure.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• General remodeling experience is advantageous.


• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

• Willingness to work outdoors.

• Must be able to stand for the majority of the workday.
