**Job Summary**

VTG is seeking a skilled Millwright to support work at a test site. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment and machinery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Install new equipment and machinery, and dismantle and reinstall existing equipment when changes in the plant layout are required.
  • Plan and lay out work, interpreting blueprints and specifications, and using a variety of hand tools and rigging.
  • Align and balance equipment, select standard tools and equipment, and make standard shop computations relating to stresses, strength of materials, and centers of gravity.
  • Install and maintain power transmission equipment, such as drives and speed reducers.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of four years of related experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery.
  • Familiarity with electrical power systems.
