Job Description

Earn a six-figure income as a Construction Estimator with Garcia Roofing.

This role involves inspecting roofs, engaging with customers, and ensuring seamless operations. You'll have the opportunity to earn significantly, with both commission-only and salary plus commission options available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure roofing and repair projects to provide accurate estimates.
  • Safely inspect roofs and attics to identify damage.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers at every stage of the project.
  • Document and manage customer information in Garcia's CRM system.
  • Oversee and manage roofing and large projects for a hassle-free customer experience.
  • Generate leads by canvassing during off-peak seasons to boost business.
  • Report to the office from 7 AM to 5 PM if you don't have appointments or other tasks.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to use a ladder and safely access the roof and attic.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
