Senior Digital Marketing Manager RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute all digital global marketing initiatives, building awareness and representing our company's products and services. The successful candidate will drive the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our products and services across multiple digital platforms to a scientific and technical audience.
Core Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, focusing on awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of SEO-driven content, including digital advertisements and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and improve website performance, organic traffic, and lead generation through on-page/off-page SEO and analytics tools.
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, paid social media, and display advertising, to maximize leads.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring it remains current, impactful, elegant, and easy to navigate by applying best practices for web design and creative digital content.
- Oversee website redesigns and ongoing improvements to ensure an exceptional user experience (UX) and alignment with SEO best practices.
- Design and implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Develop clear, actionable performance reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Use data-driven insights to analyze KPIs, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools to improve lead nurturing workflows and segmentation.
- Work towards the successful completion of projects by adhering to project timelines and milestones.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a creative discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or life science industries.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS to ensure website functionality, performance, and user experience enhancements.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Google Ads.
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling, targeted marketing content.
