Job Title: School-Based Creative Arts Therapist

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate School-Based Creative Arts Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work with middle school students who have experienced anxiety, trauma, depression, post-traumatic stress, and other behavioral or mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify students in need of trauma support and provide prevention, screening, referral, and treatment services.
  • Provide trauma-informed therapy and counseling interventions using creative arts modalities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Provide case management services to students and families requiring multiple resources.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Registered Arts Therapist (ATR or ATR-BC) certification.
  • Expertise in providing creative arts therapy to all age groups.
  • Strong trauma intervention skills and knowledge of community resources.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, position. You will work in one or more school locations during the academic school year and provide virtual services, home, and community-based services during the summers.
