Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for baking a wide variety of fresh bread and pastries each night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet customer demand
  • Ensure all baked goods meet Panera Bread's high standards for quality and presentation
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve bakery goals
  • Represent Panera Bread's values and culture in all interactions
  • Perform other duties as needed, such as stocking and sanitation

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a related field
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Minimum age 18 years
