Covenant Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a limited-time seasonal program in East Tennessee. This opportunity offers a unique chance to work in a laid-back environment with a focus on patient care and community involvement.
Program DetailsThe seasonal program will run for 16 weeks, with the potential to renew for up to 48 weeks maximum per year. Participants will be required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period and 2 weekends per month. The standard shift is 12 hours, with day shifts running from 7 am to 7 pm and night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am.
EligibilityTo be eligible for this program, applicants must have an active TN Registered Nurse (RN) License or a Multi-State (Compact State) License. A minimum of 2 years continuous and recent acute care nursing experience is also required. Additionally, applicants must have BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS certifications as applicable. A clinical competency evaluation will be required upon hire.
BenefitsParticipants in this program will receive a premium hourly pay rate and a completion bonus, paid at the end of their contract. The bonus is contingent upon meeting all shift requirements and performance metrics during the contract period. Participants are eligible for one completion bonus per year.
