Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Lighthouse Point, FL

Select Medical is looking for a Part Time Physical Therapist to treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients who require physical therapy services.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients to determine the need for physical therapy services and develop treatment plans to meet their needs.
  • Treat patients using a variety of techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and education.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Attend and participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration is required to start.
  • CPR certification is required.
