About the Role: As a Host and Guest Coordinator at Applebee's, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service from the moment they step foot into our restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting guests at the door and escorting them to their tables in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Managing guest flow, ensuring that guests are seated efficiently and effectively.
  • Assisting servers with taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and handling any other requests guests may have.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
About You: To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask effectively, and be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.Salary: $17-$22 per hour (dependent on experience)
