Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Support Professional with Steward Health Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will perform a variety of direct patient care activities, ensuring the personal needs and comforts of patients are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve patient-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must possess a valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant license or be a matriculating student in a nursing program with completion of the courses "Fundamentals of Nursing I & II."
  • Computer experience is preferred.
