**Job Summary**
The CNC Machinist Lead will be responsible for leading the effectiveness and quality of all Machining Operations. This role requires hands-on knowledge of tooling for steel machining, good working knowledge of feeds and speeds for large industrial machines, and experience in sawing, drilling, and milling.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the effectiveness and quality of all Machining Operations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of machining processes
- Mentor junior operators to develop their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machining technology
**Requirements**
- Hands-on knowledge of tooling for steel machining
- Good working knowledge of feeds and speeds for large industrial machines
- Experience in sawing, drilling, and milling
- Ability to mentor junior operators
- Experience with a variety of operating systems
