**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Florida Medical Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support the delivery of physical therapy services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implement selected components of patient interventions under the direction and supervision of physical therapists
  • Assist physical therapists in treating patients of all ages with various medical conditions and health-related limitations
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and patients

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; state of Florida license as a Physical Therapy Assistant is mandatory
  • At least one year of experience in a physical therapy setting preferred; strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

**Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and holidays. Our team members also enjoy access to continuing education opportunities and professional development resources.

**Salary:** $50,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
