We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Wound Care team at Raleigh General Hospital. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our wound care program.
Responsibilities- Provide wound care services to patients of all ages, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient and wound care data conferences to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Current licensure by the WV State LPN Board.
- Minimum two years' experience as an LPN/LVN.
- Minimum one year experience in an acute care setting.
- Wound care experience preferred.
