Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Patient Safety Specialist to join our team at Mitchell Martin. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising Coordinator Risk Management and overseeing clinical improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Coordinator Risk Management
  • Oversee clinical improvement initiatives
  • Assist with coordination of patient safety, legal, and risk management activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Magnet status)
  • CPHQ certification preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in hospital setting
