Ranch Laborer

The estimated hourly wage for this role is $16.00 per hour, with additional compensation for evening and night shifts. The pay rate includes a base hourly wage of $16.00, plus an additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm, and an additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am.

We are seeking a highly motivated Ranch Laborer - Farm Operations Specialist to assist in maintaining day-to-day operations of the ranch and its fryers. This includes feeding, mortality removal, equipment adjustments, sanitation, and other tasks related to the grow out program.

• Assist in maintaining high levels of quality and productivity in ranch setup, brooding, temperatures, ventilation, mortality, vaccination, and medication.
• Coordinate feed deliveries, maintain accurate feed and fuel inventories, and ensure proper growing methods.
• Aid in maintaining facilities and equipment for optimal usage and good appearance.
• Maintain high awareness of industrial safety, animal welfare, and bio-security, and report any problems directly to the Ranch Manager or Field Supervisor.

To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and possess good mathematical and organizational skills. You must also be able to lift and move 75 pounds, have good verbal and written communication skills (Basic English), and be able to learn supervisory and leadership skills. Additionally, you must be able to work as scheduled/needed, including overtime, evenings, holidays, and weekends, and follow company standards, guidelines, and policies.
