Bakery Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Clerk to join our team at Liscio's Italian Bakery, Inc. in Sewell, NJ.

Job Summary:

The Bakery Clerk will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and distribution of baked goods, sandwiches, and other products. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and packaging of baked goods and other products
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operate deli equipment safely and accurately
• Follow FDA GMP standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods

Work Environment:

The Bakery Clerk will work primarily in the deli department and front counter. The work environment is fast-paced and requires frequent interaction with customers and associates.

Physical Demands:

The Bakery Clerk must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
