Job Title: Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team at RedCliff Ascent. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing individual, group, and family therapy to our clients.

About the Role

The Clinical Therapist will be responsible for managing all therapeutic aspects of their assigned clients and families. This will involve working closely with our field staff to deliver the best program possible to our students and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Document all services provided to clients
  • Manage the continuum of care for each assigned client
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Attend treatment team, clinical team, and field in-service meetings
  • Participate in marketing activities, including occasional travel
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referring professionals
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in a mental health field
  • 2+ years of clinical experience
  • Licensed with the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing
  • DOPL license must be unrestricted and in good standing
  • Able to pass a criminal investigation background check
  • Eligible to work in the USA
  • Able to pass a motor vehicle record check
  • Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
  • 1st Aid & CPR certified (we may provide)
  • Crisis intervention certified (we may provide)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of wilderness therapy experience as a guide or therapist
