Job Overview

Gilder Search Group is seeking an accomplished Visionary Operations Director to lead our operations team and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring seamless execution from bid proposal through delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 10 years of experience in leading operations/project management, preferably in commercial architecture, design & build firms, experiential design, space planning, project management, building construction, set fabrication, or related industries. Your expertise in process improvement, cost control, and profitability analysis will enable us to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes to maximize efficiencies, streamline workflows, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance leadership development among key employees.
  • Cultivate trust and foster collaboration across departments, promoting a culture of open communication and respect.
  • Promote company values and uphold highest ethical standards, embodying our organization's vision and mission.
Requirements

To succeed as our Visionary Operations Director, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably, an MBA or Master's degree.
  • A proven track record of success in project management, with a strong focus on profitability, efficiency, and quality.
