Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive therapeutic radiation oncology procedures.
  • Engage in advanced treatment planning techniques such as 3-D beam planning and Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT).
  • Utilize Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) and Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) for effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal management of patients with malignancies.
  • Participate in weekly Tumor Board meetings to discuss patient cases.
  • Evaluate and devise personalized treatment plans, ensuring clinical suitability for radiation therapy.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
  • Possess an active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State or Territory.
  • Hold a valid DEA license and provide an NPI report printout.
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation.
Physical Requirements

Candidates must be capable of:

  • Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, squatting, bending, twisting, and reaching during work hours.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs from floor to waist and carrying up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance.
  • Exerting a push/pull force of up to 30 lbs.
