Lodging Dynamics is seeking a friendly and service-driven Golf Refreshment Cart Associate to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with providing outstanding service to golfers on the course by delivering beverages, snacks, and light refreshments from a mobile cart. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work, engaging with guests, and contributing to a memorable golfing experience. Availability on weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt and courteous service to golfers, proactively meeting their needs and preferences.

Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a delightful experience.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently and effectively.

Safely operate the beverage cart, adhering to all regulations and guidelines of the golf course.

Stock the cart with a variety of beverages, snacks, and refreshments, ensuring sufficient inventory during the shift.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, complying with health and safety standards.

Sales and Transactions:

Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using a mobile point-of-sale (POS) system.

Monitor sales and inventory, reporting any discrepancies to management.

Promote specials or new products to enhance sales opportunities.

Possess knowledge of the products available, including various beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks, and daily specials.

Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, including verifying IDs and managing consumption responsibly.

Communicate effectively with golf course staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Assist in restocking and preparing the beverage cart for subsequent shifts or events.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or food and beverage sectors.

Basic understanding of golf and the ability to interact comfortably with golfers of varying skill levels.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak golfing hours.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
