Mine Dispatcher

Coeur Mining is seeking a highly skilled Mine Dispatcher to join our team at the Rochester mine in Nevada. As a Mine Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of personnel and equipment throughout the mine.

• Monitor and coordinate the movement of personnel and equipment using the fleet management system
• Assign equipment and track movements of all personnel, including high-grade, windrow, and waste by loaders and trucks
• Record and track equipment downtime and the nature of that downtime
• Monitor and enter development drill holes and bolts, development/production rounds fired, and production drill locations into the fleet management system
• Run and distribute daily reports, producing other reports as required
• Monitor radio communications and broadcast alerts as needed

• Experience with computers and phones required
• Previous experience with a dispatch system preferred
• General knowledge of software applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred
• Ability to multi-task and handle high radio, phone, and foot traffic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proven safety record and excellent attendance record required

• Hourly rate range: $36.65 - $42.12 (DOE)
• Rotating shifts: 5 on, 4 off / 4 on, 5 off (12-hour shifts)
• Quarterly bonus up to $4,100 (up to $16,400 annually)
