Job Summary

As an MRI Imaging Specialist with Inspira Health Network, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality MRI images of designated anatomical areas as ordered by licensed physicians or practitioners. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient populations with various conditions, including cardiac, mammary, GI, endocrine, renal, and skeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce MRI images of designated anatomical areas according to established practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of proper examination sequencing and preparations for patients of all ages.

Requirements:

• Accredited program in Radiologic Technology and training in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• Two years of experience as a staff MRI technologist preferred.
• New Jersey license and ARRT preferred.
• MRI certification within six months of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• IV course completion or within 90 days of hire.

Physical Demands:

• Lift heavy objects.
• Work in an environment with potential electrical and magnetic hazards.
• Possess a valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.
