Job Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Attorney, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Advocating for clients in court or before governmental bodies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil or criminal matters.
  • Selecting jurors, arguing motions, conferring with judges, and interrogating witnesses throughout trial proceedings.
  • Examining constitutions, statutes, decisions, and regulations of quasi-judicial entities to assess implications for cases.
