Job SummaryWe are seeking a Patient Services Lead to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for leading patient registrations, scheduling, and providing general information to patients and their families. You will ensure accurate insurance verification, co-pay collection, and patient chart preparation.
Responsibilities- Lead patient registrations, scheduling, and provide general information to patients and their families
- Verify insurance information, collect co-pays, and prepare patient charts
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient confidentiality and care in accordance with the Patient's Bill of Rights
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient operations
- 3 years of experience in a medical environment
- Knowledge of medical insurances preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Computer literacy, excellent communication, and customer service skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Special RequirementsAll incumbents must complete a Cooper training program, including Registration, Scheduling, and E-Commerce
